Job Title: IT System Expert

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

• We are now looking for an IT System Expert that will support the realization of solutions by providing specialized technical expertise on intelligent network systems.
• As IT System Expert you will collaborate closely with the customer and drive operations.
• You will be responsible for understanding and implementing business rules and requirements of the customer system/application in recurrent business where the demands and the specifications are well defined.

What you will do

• Drive the requirement phase
• Design and model the SW architecture system
• Be responsible for the SW quality delivery
• Deploy IT solutions/updates

Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: Academic Degree, minimum at Bachelor's level, in Engineering (IT, Telecom) or 3-5 years’ proven experience of deploying system tests and leading the testing team
• Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills
• Business understanding, commercial acumen, and market insight
• 3 years' domain experience in: Cloud, VMWare, Linux, Billing & Charging System, ITIL, and MSTop
• Innovative, entrepreneurial & commercial thinking
• The ability to applying expertise & technology
• Competence in analyzing, learning & conducting researching
• The capacity to deliver results and meeting customer expectations
• Having Ericsson business process knowledge is an added advantage
