Job Title: Expression of Interest for Individual Consultant: SAP CML Consultant - SNBT

Location: Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire

Job Description

• The services required under this assignment will include the development of custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, and transactions in accordance with technical and functional specifications using various SAP objects to support the Loans Administration and Disbursement modules.

Responsibilities
The consultant will undertake the following duties:

• Carry out the Banks’ requirement analysis as required.
• Carry out business process design to document the organizational Unit’s future business processes as required.
• Configure SAP HANA System as required.
• Design & develop SAP modules using various SAP objects to support the Project and Loans Administration services including Disbursement services as required.
• Test the developed solutions.
• Act as the technical focal person for the non-functional stream of the project.
• Follow up with the users and other key Bank staff in carrying out the quality assurance tests, and effect requested amendments and corrections.
• Design of reports, forms, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Obtain User acceptance sign-off
• Contribute to post go-live support activities
• Develop training materials and train users
• Perform any SAP ABAP development based on users’ specifications as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in SAP CML module
• At least 05 years’ experience in ABAP Workbench
• At least 3 years’ experience in SAP HANA.
• Relevant experience with SAP HANA implementations (at least 2 implementations)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP configuration and development methods and disciplines
• Experience of working in a large and complex organization
• Full end-to-end understanding of SAP implementations, development, quality and production environments in SAP related competencies.
• Understanding of relational databases, data storage, and SQL concepts. Understanding of data structures and data objects.
• Certification in SAP CML is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Establishment of the Shortlist
A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The consultants on the shortlist will be judged on the following criteria on the basis of their updated resume:

• Level of education in general 20%
• Educational level compared to the field of mission 20%
• Years of experience in general 20%
• Number of years of experience relevant to the mission 40%

• The Business Transformation Department (SNBT) invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services.
• Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment (CV, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.).
• The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedures shall be in conformity with the Bank’s procedures for the acquisition of consulting services funded by the administrative or capital expenditure.
• Interest expressed by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist.
• The assignment period is expected for one (01) year, renewable if required. The tentative start date is 01 March 2023.
• The work will be carried on at Bank’s headquarter at Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
