Job Description

• An investment management company desires to hire an Investment sales professional to lead its operations across HNI Network Building, deposits mobilization, Corporate business relationships, and other channels of sales required for the growth of its customer base and Capital base.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales plans and strategies, playbooks, sales presentations, and materials and similar initiatives
• Manage Existing accounts to deliver high volume deposits and assets under management
• Candidate is expected to leverage his/her existing pipeline of High Networth Individuals, institutions and investment enthusiasts to scale company’s Investment opportunities, savings and increase the AUM within the first few months of entry
• Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives.
• Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.
• Contact clients periodically to determine any changes in their financial status.
• Devise debt liquidation plans that include payoff priorities and timelines.
• Develop the Corporate Partnerships, institutional alliances and collaborations to drive cluster and institutional patronage for long term revenue and customer base growth drive
• Maintain and report accurate records of all leads / prospects, conversions and sales activities
• Help shape and guide performance, policies and culture of the sales department.
• Other relevant and essential activities that are essential to drive success in the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years Experience in Sales, Business development role or finance marketing roles.
• Background Experience: Investment Management / Investment Sales / Deposit Mobilization
• Proven Track record with wealth advisory deposits mobilizations, digital wallets and finance, Fixed income Investment , capital markets, portfolio management among other investment operations
• Ability to market and sell “not so popular” financial institution and products effectively
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary Range
From 450,000 monthly
