Job Description

• Our Mobile Developers exists to work directly with our in-house full stack developers, and work alongside our QA developers and UX/UI designer to deliver Qore Mobile products.
• Cadre: This role functions within Qore and reports to the Engineering Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Be involved in the architecture, design, and development of high-profile features and projects with the world’s most recognizable sports brands.
• Collaborate and communicate with product managers and engineers in agile processes to provide technical feasibility, specifications, and estimates.
• Generate technical documentation to communicate architectural and design options, and educate development teams and business users.
• Code! Execute the development of new features and bug fixes for our mobile apps from idea to release.
• Engage & collaborate with our contracted developers and/or junior mobile developers to ensure mobile development milestones are completed and team skills are developed.
• Reach consensus with the backend developers on data models and communication protocols using JSON, and implement according to specs.
• Participate in enhancing the CI pipeline to make it faster and provide more test coverage, with the goal of minimizing manual testing and being released ready after each commit.
• Set goals and track our mobile development activity/productivity.
• Efficiently communicate progress to the team and senior leadership

Requirements

• Nano Degree in Android Application Development or any other Android related certifications.
• 4 year's experience, BSc in Computer science or related, Android Studio.
• Experience building mobile fintech products.
• Experience with Android, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, POS Application development, and with various app architectures, like MVC, MVVM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be a collaborative team player.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or as part of a team, and be self-motivated.
• Skill: Flutter.
