Job Description
Develop long term marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives (corporate sales) across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
Plans and directs the day-to-day activities of the marketing & business development team while working towards the achievement of departmental targets as well as ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
Leads the marketing & business development team in the achievement of the set sales target through effective planning and budgeting.
Develops and initiates a cutting-edge marketing & business development strategy and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
Manage comprehensive database information on all existing relationships and prospects in liaison with information systems and financial control functions.
Identifying and networking new prospects with specific high net-worth corporate & high net-worth individuals.
Conducting regular, relevant & structured training for the marketing & business development team.
Excellent relationship management of the clients by offering professional and quality service that leads to customer satisfaction and thereby increases sales.
Network and partner with building construction companies and other proposed clients to create sales opportunities.
Map potential customer and generate new leads/projects for the organization.
Negotiates and close deals with both new and existing clients.
Proactively liaise with the inventory team in obtaining the real-time inventory position.
Builds and maintains profitable relationship with key consultants and oversee the relationship with customers handled by marketing & business development team.
Plans and implements exhibitions and conferences to educate and inform clients on new products or the best use of existing solutions as a deliberate marketing strategy.
Regularly organizing showroom retreats, technical presentations for product users and professionals (plumbers, architects, interior decorators, project engineers, hoteliers, estate developers, etc.] in the real estate, building & construction industry with the principal aim of creating awareness for the company’s products/services.
Ensuring company’s active participation in all local and professional exhibitions in nigeria by preparing invoices, quotations, bills and tenders.
Registering the company as a vendor with all relevant professional stakeholders in the real estate, building, construction, and corporate (public and private) sectors, generating consistent income for the company.
Growing the company’s annual sales target optimally to 85% per annum.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of First Degree.
Minimum of 8 Years experience in similar role and job (Interior Decorations, Furniture, Sanitary wares etc.)

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
