Job Title: Boutique Supervisor

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Boutique; including product availability and pricing.

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Store Supervisor. The lists included in the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

• Carry out customers consultation regarding selection, sizing and fitting.
• Promoting offers through marketing and leafleting
• Assisting with inventory and stock counts
• Uploading content and Managing company's the social media channels.
• Packaging products for delivery through dispatch riders.
• Managing other staff in the boutique
• Handling all Administrative issues.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of OND and above qualification
• 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service abilities, Organization and time-management skills.
• Mathematical and money-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented & basic computer skills.
• Multitasking abilities with experience in delivering in a target driven environment
• Able to communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide an exceptional level of service.
• Strong Sales background to maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling.
• Enhanced listening skills & excellent marketing skills
• Ability to handle stock inventory and reconciliation.
