About the Job

• We are seeking a growth Marketer to join our team and help drive awareness, adoption, and acquisition of paying customers for our B2B SaaS accounting software.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in both organic and paid marketing strategies and be able to develop and implement successful campaigns.
• As the growth Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• You will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand the target market and identify the most effective channels and tactics to reach and engage potential customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
• Managing paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
• Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment
• Collaborating with the product and sales teams to understand the target market and identify the most effective channels and tactics to reach and engage potential customers
• Monitoring and reporting on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on organic and paid marketing strategies
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
