We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer - Ago Palace Way

Location: Ago Palace Way - Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Objective of the Role

• The objective of this role entails ensuring the accuracy and validation of data. It involves Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases and print when needed
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Enter and update data into various company systems.
• Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy.
• Track documents received and completion dates.
• Liaise with and follow up with employees within the lounge as well as with Vendors to collect information.
• Capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and vendors.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
