Our mission is to make interactions between health professionals and their patients easy and safe using technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Support Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Onboard and set up New Clients in the shortest time possible
• Attend to all inquiries from Clients
• Adequately represent the company with Clients
• Monitor product usage statistics of Clients and enforce usage with Clients whose usage threshold is low.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and experience with the product and the company.

Requirements

• B.Sc.,OND, NCE, Undergraduates looking for Internship position.
• Strong communication skills: Applicants should be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and be able to present ideas and information in a clear and compelling way.
• Persuasiveness: Applicants should be able to persuade others to support their ideas, using a variety of techniques such as presenting the benefits of a proposal and overcoming objections.
• Customer Service skills: Applicants should be able to provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, queries, addressing customer concerns, and following up with customers as needed.
• Time management skills: Applicants should be able to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks, in order to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adaptability: Applicant should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and project needs, and be able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems.
• Integrity: Applicant should be honest and ethical in their work, and build trust with team members and stakeholders by being transparent and following through on commitments.
• Candidate should have proven experience of being a self starter, and can take initiative in their approach to Business Development.
