Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Data Analyst to join our team.
• Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of data and information and communicating findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• This person will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights, helping the organization make informed decisions and drive business growth, and should possess excellent writing and documentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of data to generate insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities
• Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques
• Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research and analysis methods and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology developments in the data and research space

Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 1 - 10 years work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data visualization and statistical analysis software such as R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data and insights into easily digestible and actionable information.
• Experience in data storytelling and visual communication, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
