Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Fashion Brand and we are seeking applications for the role of Showroom Support Staff to join our team and gain great knowledge about the fashion industry as well as contrbute in ensuring the Brand maintains its position as the best bespoke fashion brand in the country.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers at the showroom or via telephone calls and Facebook / WhatsApp
• Negotiating on price, costs, and closing sales with customers.
• Responds to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
• Record all the customers' details, preferences, contacts for future contact.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Provide samples, catalogs, and illustrations of the company's product line
• Help Customers Figure Out Their Size and Desired Fit.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Drive for results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• We provide in-house training on our products and services.
