Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews/collates periodic programmatic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and submit to the unit head.
Reviews/collates program narratives for Continuation Applications from the thematic areas Finance/Mgt support units.
Collates Work Plan, success stories and other supporting documents for Continuation Applications.
Provides program support for technical meetings held at the Satellite Office or as may be required from time to time.
Collates Minutes of technical/weekly Clinical Services Unit meetings and share with team members.
Follow up on action points/next steps from technical/weekly Clinical Services Unit meetings.
Maintains a central database for Minutes of Meeting, Technical meetings for the Clinical Services Unit.
Collates Community Based Organizations performance reports across supported LGAs and forward to the Strategic Information Unit.
Tracks implementation of the unit’s work plan and flag gaps in a timely manner.
Collate periodic programmatic reports from all state teams and submit to the unit head.
Qualifications and Experience
University Degree with a minimum two years post NYSC experience in INGO office administration or program support
Demonstrated high-level organizational, communication and administrative experience.
Demonstrated experience in data entry and data management.
Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities and prioritize workload.
Demonstrable project management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to take initiative, and attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal skills
