Job Title: Wireless BO Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a Wireless BO Engineer who is proficient in handling all tasks related to the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of a wireless network.

Job Responsibilities

• He / She will be responsible for the technical knowhow of site alarm. 
• Be responsible for wireless maintenance, E2E insure Network stability, CA, and Incident handling.
• To guide SBC about installation and design the site solution.
• Design site solution including BBU RRU AAU antenna and connection ports, materials list.
• In-depth Understanding of how to use CME.
• Ability to provide guidance during installation and site solution design.
• Manage the network wireless risk, manage the wireless network information, technical issue E2E process and support for internal, FM and customer or other department (CDMA GSM UMTS LTE OSS Power).
• Network KPI insurance and delivery.
• Able to handle the complaint of VIP user /CS complaint investigation.
• Weekly & monthly & LSSF & CTO report handling.
• Knowledge transfer/Training for wireless part.
• Necessary document updating and others request by MPT.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and above with 3 - 5 years wireless integration experience like BTS/RNC/BSC
• Should possess key skills like active thinking, self-motivation, teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills
• Alarm clearance on a wireless product, like BTS/RNC/BSC
• Be familiar with CDMA & GSM & 3G& LTE wireless product,
• Ability to use applicable knowledge of GSM UMTS LTE, experience with 5G is an advantage.
