key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's social media strategy, including creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor competitor pages and campaigns, and use insights to inform the company's social media strategy.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand voice and values on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Have an eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what types of content is visually appealing and engaging to audiences.
• Understand the key elements of virality and how to make content that is more likely to go viral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies, and make recommendations for the company's social media strategy accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics, and use data to inform and adjust the company's social media strategy.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other external partners to increase the company's social media presence.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
