Bond Chemist Limited was initially set up as a retail outlet for Pharmaceutical Products in 1976 by our visionary leader Asiwaju Theophilus Adebowale Omotosho. which later metamorphosed to Bond Chemical Industries Limited in 1988. The then management team of the company later instituted a producer structure for the company, and this we know today by name Bond Chemical Industries Limited. The factory of Bond Chemical Limited situated in Awe, Oyo State of Nigeria, and was officially commissioned on March 18th, 1988. And the Corporate Head Office located in Lagos. Bond has expanded more than five times the size it was at inception. This expansion is in terms of structure, equipment, and workforce alongside qualitative products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Description

• We are looking for an experienced General Manager to provide strategic leadership and ensure key deliverables are achieved in our business units.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the business chains and provides monthly performance report to the executive.
• Monitor the evolving market and position our business ventures amongst the best five (5) in our competitive environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to sustain and enhance our profit base in order to achieve set objectives of the company.
• Drive excellent organization culture within the four business units e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Business acumen, ability to forecast sales trends and advise executive with relevant statistics.
• Experience in retail marketing will be an added advantage.
• Innovative mindset.
• Sound organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to motivate and successfully lead teams to achieve set target for each business entity.
• Attention to details and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make a well-informed presentation on the activities of the business.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
