1.) Procurement Manager

The Role
The Procurement Manager will manage projects and tenders until they are signed and the contract awarded, then monitors them and ensures they are undated. Must have a good grasp of the risks involved in supplier relations and the subsidiary’s strategy. The candidate must know his market (supplies and suppliers), has an overall view of the needs of the subsidiary and uses efficient negotiation skills to ensure theses needs are met. 

The candidate will report directly to the Group Managing Director.

Requirements:

• University level education and experience in a management role
• A minimum of 5 years experience is required
• Must have strong negotiation skills
• Must understand purchasing procedures
• Must have good knowledge of industrial Market  
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word. Excel and Dynamics (NAV)
• Good communication skills are essential
• Ability to understand and solve problems

2.) Head, Internal Control  

The Role
The Head Internal control would provide independent control and audit services for all operations in order to ensure adherence to defined operating procedure and prevent financial and other losses due to control lapses.
The candidate will report directly to the group Managing Director    

Requirements:

• Accounting graduate with minimum of 8years cumulative experience in audit or a similar job function, 3 of which must have been in a managerial role, with membership of ACCA/ICAN
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational  and analytical skills, and project management experience
• Ability to perform risk assessment to identify audit areas and recommend plans
• Excellent experiences in working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, knowledge of power Point is a plus
• Ability to understand and solve problems
• Must have experience in Microsoft dynamics (NAV)

3.) Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) - Equipment Operator

The Role
The employee functions as an operator of the cranes where necessary
Employee generally progress through the series to the experienced level (Shore crane) based on satisfactory performance and possession of the required experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of SSCE or its equivalent and or certificate of (Trade Test) in plan operation. Higher level qualification is and added advantage
• Certificate, apprentice and or knowledge of crane operation and or maintenance of heavy duty equipment (plants)
• Knowledge of computer, IT/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the operation of Cranes and Ports operations.
• Ability to detect operating defects or faults
• Ability to work with high voltage equipment   
• Ability to keep records of fuel used and general operating conditions
• Written and verbal communication skills additional knowledge, skill and abilities
• The job duties require an employee to bed for extended period
• Agility and physical strength 
• Clear vision
• Age between 23- 35 years
• Work experience in the maritime sector
• Commitment and loyalty 

4.) Assistant Terminal Manager

The Role
The Assistant Terminal Manager would work on project from pre-launch phase through full operations. He would assist the Manager in managing all port operations. The candidate would report to the Terminal Manager.

Requirements:

• Must have  5 years experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Good experience in writing procedures
• Good knowledge of Port Operating Systems
• Must be experienced in Terminal Operations
• Devises recruitment and training plans for the terminal staff
