Job Statement
We are currently recruiting for Research & Customer Experience Analyst. The Ideal candidate will be involved in gathering and interpreting data on the market - competitors and customers (behaviour & needs in terms of products and how they’ll like to be served) in every location/state the company has a presence and intends to have a presence.
Job Functions
Drafting questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources.
Researching and compiling data related to customer demographics, interests, buying habits, preferences, needs, and factors influencing product demand; analyse results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration.
Researching and compiling data related to competitors such as pricing, sales, SWOT analyses, business operations, customer retention and their marketing or distribution methodology.
Regular contact with customers, conducting surveys, polls, and focus groups to gather and interpret data (feedback) on customer satisfaction.
Tracking customer needs and experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
Utilizing data management tools to establish a continuous stream of data to analyse, measure and evaluate customer behaviours and sentiments.
Summarizing and analysing data using statistical modelling techniques; report findings, complete with graphs & written text explaining complex findings.
Making recommendations related to research findings to the management.
Identifying customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Keeping informed of industry trends and new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies.
Developing Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify areas of focus to improve the customer experiences.
Presenting findings from research studies and make recommendations to the management.
Managing the company’s Loyalty Program.
Job Specification
Mminimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
A Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
3 - 5 years’ experience in applied market research or data management may be advantageous.
Superior research and analytical skills
Strong mathematical and data modeling skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools (Power BI) and statistical applications (SPSS, SAS or similar)
Proven knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Proficient in software/programming languages (SQL and Python).
