Job Title: Admin / Business Control Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Managing facility helpdesk
• Follow up to ensure closeout of pending issues.
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents
• Asset storage
• Preparing reports and maintaining records
• Store Management (re-order, purchase)
• Quality Assurance
• Managing imprest
• Ensuring FIFO compliance.
• Document control and management ( internal and external communication)

Requirements
Must-Have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Secretarial Administration, Office Technology and Management, or related
• 0-3 years experience supporting C-Level Executives.
• Experience in working in a similar position is required.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite Good data collection and analytical skills
• Expert level in written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skill, etc.
• Reporting, Written communication, Office administration, management.
