Job Summary

• We seek to employ experienced and qualified Tele-caller that can communicate online to the targeted customers and clients.
• The ideal candidate must have good knowledge in the marketing of IT Software solutions and services, must be able to promote the company’s products and services.

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers.
• Contact potential and existing customers
• Answer questions about the company’s products and services to understand customer requirements and close sale.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc. in Computer science, Marketing, Business Admin
• Must have at least 3 years of digital marketing skill.
• Good understanding of Tele calling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Strong business telephone and customer service skills
