Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (Sales)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an HRBP who has strong sales background and is ready to be trained. Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
• The HRBP will achieve the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her while liaison with prospects and existing clients for various products and services.
• You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, managers, and HR on all aspects of the organization’s service offerings.
• The HRBP will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
• The candidate must have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific functions of the business.
• Responsible for cross selling the organization’s product
• Strategic planning, succession planning, employee training, analyzing talent requirements, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.
• To maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, and candidates.
• Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and develop and implement solutions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of relevant trackers, talent management and applicant tracking systems.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Two (2) years of prior experience in Sales and Marketing in one job.
• Incredible people skills and clear passion for your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen skills
• Flair for sales and must be teachable.
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple priorities with high degree of accuracy.

Salary
N150,000 monthly (Net)
