As a licensed Inbound Tour Operator in UAE, the services we render to visitors, tourists and business travelers include taking care of all their travel arrangements including Visas, Flight Tickets, Hotel Booking, Tour Services and also MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events and Exhibitions).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Sell Visas and other tour packages to individuals, organizations, groups, communities etc.
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Lead Sales team to generate business.
  • Generate sales lead
  • Liaise with clients in the planning and implementation of tours.
  • Research, analyse and compile travel statistics.
  • Build and keep a good relationship with regular clients (communicate via calls, mails, social networking tools and face to face meetings)
  • Identify new business opportunities and contact potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
  • Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.
  • Basic record keeping of business activities.
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information on all tourism marketing programs.
  • Respond to tourism enquiries which require research, evaluation and recommendations.
  • Responsible for consistent data collection and management.
  • Generating and maintaining database.
  • New customer acquisition and retention.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents.
  • Handling bookings and reservations when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the tourism industry
  • The candidate must have experience in sales of Dubai visas and other travel packages.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in the field
  • Candidate must have the ability to develop and drive marketing strategies
  • He/She must possess good negotiation and good customer service skills.
  • He/She must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and have good salesmanship.
  • The candidate should have a good understanding of the tourism industry.
  • Must be willing to work with targets.
  • Certification in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
