HRLeverage Africa Limited - Our client, an Audit Firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Handling the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and scheduling new meetings and appointments.
• Keep track of and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and outside partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• General administrative duties, such as answering correspondence and taking phone calls.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Function as a link between executives, employees, clients, and other outside partners.
• May be requested to perform other duties not listed above.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc
• 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
