We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced EYFS Educator (Nursery / Kindergarten Teacher)

Location: Ogudu Ori-Oke, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Teaching all areas of the EYFS, as well as Montessori approach.
• Creating/sustaining a caring, pleasant and stimulating learning classroom that will inspire excellence and foster success.
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
• Overseeing and taking responsibility for their progress; tracking/monitoring each child’s classroom behaviours, participations, assignments, etc.
• Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of learners’ development. Providing suitable feedbacks, identifying pupils that require extra support and implementing personalized improvement actions.
• Coordinating activities and resources within specific areas of the curriculumand supporting colleagues in the delivery.
• Providing feedbacksto parents and carers on learners’ progress.
• Keeping up to date with current procedures and practices through continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed, NCE, PGDE qualification
• At least 4 years experience as a Nursery and Kindergarten teacher.
• Very good knowledge of both British and Nigerian Curricula.
• Computer literacy and ability to effectively use online learning tools.
• Have a positive attitude, passion for learning, energetic and hands-on.
• An expert in classroom management and creative problem solving.
• Have ability to meet timelines, disciplined, motivated and able to deliver good track records with minimal supervision.
