About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our online news website.
• The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing online advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire ad campaign lifecycle, including ad trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of advertising campaigns.
• Troubleshoot ad-related issues and work with technical teams to resolve them quickly.
• Implement and maintain ad tracking and reporting systems to provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online advertising, and share insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of ad-serving platforms, such as Google Ad Manager or OpenX.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
