We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Partnership Account Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To sustain and enhance targeted total revenue in the partnership channel by effective implementation of planned sales and distribution strategies that are aimed at improving the distribution channel.

Job Description

  • Builds long term, strategic relationships and optimizing growing retail landscape.
  • Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.
  • Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
  • Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • You will be responsible for relationship management, customer service and manage key accounts.
  • Developing appropriate Partner plans and expected to break new grounds of opportunities.
  • You are expected to Plan various partnership activation.
  • You coordinate with the different partners to plan, manage, and prioritize different business activities.
  • You evaluate each partner’s marketing plans and recommend ways to improve them when needed.
  • You are to review business plans and revise them according to what the partner’s needs are.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar related discipline.
  • Proven experience in key account management is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate strategic partners.
  • Ability to develop business plans and performance metrics.
  • Ability to plan and execute go-to market activities with partners.
  • Ability to develop and execute demand-generation activities.
  • Ability to help partners maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Communication skills.
