Job Title: Director of Operations and Senior Executive Assistant

Job Summary
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company and the commercial procurement contracts, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
They will also support Management and staff on task as needed.
Duties / Responsibilities
Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations for national vending machines and warehouse.
Oversees vending units in operation, production schedule at warehouse, purchasing, and ensuring each staff is reaching goals set by company leadership.
Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers and staff; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Must be able to do Data Entry in deferent software and also test and recommend software for operations
Drive contract and operational efficiencies through engagement with key stakeholders, key business partners and Procurement team
Provide a high level of expertise in the contracting area, understand best practices and market conditions and provide extraordinary customer service
Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Will do all tasks first when workload reaches capacity to advice on hiring on more staff to hand task off.
Maintain Executive email box as needed
Serve as the central point of contact for the gathering and processing of information and format information to enable ease of use by department members in making business decisions
Managers the activities of the Real Estate Management Department to ensure pro-active, cost-effective negotiation, acquisition, and management of real estate property assets leased.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental and all managers. By utilizing Project management best practices.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Finance
Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Technology Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet
Reliable Digital phone system
Quite remote work area

Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
Understands Project Management
