Job Title: Field Officer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Officer to join our team. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget
Monitor tenant complaints and respond to them in a timely and effective manner
Assist with leasing activities, including conducting property tours and screening prospective tenants
Manage and update property records and maintain accurate documentation
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Education
BSc, HND, ND, in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in property management or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining properties
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer service-oriented mindset
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Ability to travel to different properties as required.
Remunerations
Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
