Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Garki, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Officer to join our team. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget
  • Monitor tenant complaints and respond to them in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist with leasing activities, including conducting property tours and screening prospective tenants
  • Manage and update property records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Education

  • BSc, HND, ND, in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining properties

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to travel to different properties as required.

Remunerations

  • Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
