Strongmas Residence Development is a real estate company and a member of the Strongmas group. Established several years ago as Cerebral Homes before it metamorphosed to its current name. Strongmas Residences was borne out of the idea of making exotic homes affordable to the middle class. Strongmas believes unvaryingly to quality and customer satisfaction. Over the years have built homes in Magodo Phase 2, Lekki and its environs.

Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Description

• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
• Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development
• Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development
• Advising the CEO, GM , COO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal issues for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Drafting/Vetting of Contract and agreement for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Overseeing lawsuits for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Ensuring that the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Manage legal budget to get the most services done for the least amount for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Advising the organisation on the legislation that affect the organisation and changes made thereof for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Liaising with external lawyers and the state law office on all cases filed against the organisation to ensure instructions, witnesses and statements are procured on time for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing legal policies and procedures to ensure that they are in accord with the existing legislation for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development
• Undertaking legal research for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.
• Providing of day to day legal and regulatory support to the functional areas covering general compliance queries and reviews for Strongmas Automobile and Strongmas Residence & Development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
