Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

• Management of Spares parts Stores/Inventory
• Receiving & issuing record keeping as well properly strong items to its designated locations
• Keeping detailed records of stores items
• Updating inventory management systems regularly
• Receiving deliveries and checking the goods received in good condition & as per ordered quantity
• Issuing parts as per approved procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness of Stores
• Participating in Stores audit
• Physical Stock count exercise & recording for future
• Raising enquiry for new orders in-case minimum quantity level is reached of any part/spares
• Responsible for proper upkeeping of Spares without damage & loss
• Collecting old/damaged part before issuing new ones & maintaining record of same

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND in relevant discipline
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Stores/Inventory department for trucks spares and parts
• Must have knowledge of trucks/trailers spares, parts, and consumables
