Job Title: Manager, Public Sector Advisory Services

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Manager in our Public Sector advisory practice, you will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to public sector clients.
• You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to public sector clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and analysts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Develop and present reports, presentations, and other deliverables to clients and stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our consulting services are innovative and effective
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 5 years of experience working within the public sector or public sector consulting, including experience managing projects and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Experience developing and delivering reports, presentations, and other deliverables to clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in public sector consulting
• Experience with business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations

Working Conditions:

• The Manager, Public Sector Advisory Services will work in an office environment and may be required to travel to client sites as needed. This position may require occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines.
