Job Title: Art Director

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking to recruit an Art Director to join our team. He/She is responsible for determining the best ways to represent our clients’ identityvisually (develop visual models and videos); pitching designs, and understanding clients’ needs.
• This role involves the development of high-level concepts for design projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop, create and prep both digital and print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during project
• Ability to create presentations in a variety of file formats (with primary expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote and InDesign) and prepare for either print or digital release
• Create comps and mockups for product development and internal/external presentations
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
• Conduct image sourcing as needed
• Able to handle compacted timelines and work collaboratively with account team and clients

Required Skills

• At least three (3) years experience in design and advertising.
• Proficient with Adobe software – 2D or 3D Animation, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, WordPress and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D is an added advantage.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices.
• Experience working on a highly cross-functional team with ability to build relationships and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail while adhering to fast turnaround and tight deadlines.
• Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimisation and site mapping. Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Great Storytelling & Client presentation skills.
