Personal Assistant to the Head of Finance at Frigoglass Industries (Nigeria) Limited

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Head of Finance

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Purpose

• The role will provide administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Head of Finance to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day activities. It will handle sensitive and complex information in a professional and objective manner.

Responsibilities

• Manages calendars of the Head of Finance and department to prioritize and ensure all commitments and deadlines are met.
• Professionally execute delegated actions from the Head of Finance
• Prepare responses, correspondence, and program schedules.
• Organize internal and external meetings, - prepare materials, and take minutes as required, cascade and follow up on actions where appropriate
• Track the Head of Finance’s projects and prioritize action items - track the status of tasks assigned to staff within and outside the finance department.
• Plan and review the Head of Finance's commitments and reporting schedules to assist him in meeting internal and external commitments, as well as delivery of goals and initiatives.
• Facilitate communication within and outside the finance department.
• Assist with the monthly review of accounts and follow up on all issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields.
• ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage
• 4-6 years experience in a manufacturing industry  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
• High integrity, able to work with complete confidentiality
• Good team working and technical skills
• Good Interpersonal, Verbal and written communication skills
