Buffalocrete Construct Limited is situated at Lekki-Epe Expressway, Abijo, Lagos State. We are Consultants and Specialists in the production and distribution of hydraulically compressed cement-based materials, and machineries, we also produce steel works like our Johnpower wheel barrows and portable cabins. Other services include supply of cements, gravel and other building materials. We supply locally to the Lagos businesses, government sectors and we also supply to other parts of the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing, Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in marketing or sales.
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in Construction Sector is an added Advantage.
  • Preferred applicant should stay within Lekki-Ibeju Lekki axis. 

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
