Job Title: Sales / Customer Engagement Officer

Location: Ikeja / Ojo - Lagos

Job Overview

• The Successful candidate must have experience in sales of roofing/construction materials and will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers.
• You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Promoting products and services:

• You will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services to potential customers through various channels, including social media, email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

Generating leads:

• You will be responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Building relationships with customers:

• You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Developing sales strategies:

• You will work with the sales team to develop sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the company. This will involve analysing market trends and customer behaviour, identifying areas of growth, and making recommendations for improvement.

Meeting sales targets:

• You will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively promoting the company's products and services and closing deals.

Providing feedback:

• You will also be responsible for providing feedback to the product development team and other stakeholders about customer needs and market trends to inform the development of new products and services.

Job Requirements

• A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must reside at Ikeja and Ojo environs for proximity
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer engagement, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A good understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.

• N120,000 / Month Gross
