We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Yaba, Agungi, Lekki Phase 1, Ogudu, Ikeja GRA, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Provide excellent service to customers and ensure smooth flow of customer traffic at the outlet. Operate the POS/Cash register in the outlet to ensure accurate sales.

Job Description
Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact to So Fresh customers
• Greet, acknowledge customers and make them feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable to place orders
• Assist Customers to facilitate their choices and purchase of freshly processed products
• Guide and inform them of new products, charges for extras and toppings based on their request

Cash Management:

• Cash out and reconcile cash with total sales for every shift with the Outlet Manager
• Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
• Input customers’ orders and sum total of product item purchased on ERP/POS
• Input customers’ loyalty points against each product item purchased
• Process customer’s payment either by cash or POS
• Maintain proper security of cash at all times.

Sales & Order Fulfilment:

• Create awareness of special offers, promotions and ensures representation of all available stock is on display
• Ensure accuracy of cash and items sold
• Place food servings on plates and trays according to orders or instructions
• Assemble food and beverage orders, check for completeness and accuracy and package order for on-premises or takeout
• Cross-sell and up-sell product items when necessary
• Register new customers on ERP and update existing customers’ information.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• 0 - 3 years relevant experience
• Detail oriented with basic mathematical skills
• Prior experience as a Cashier/Sales Representative in a retail business
• Prior experience in cash handling and cash float system
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work on shift basis and weekends
• Candidates should live close to the desired work location.

Salary
N53,000 - N62,000 / month.
