Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support by preparing letters, documents, profiles and reports.
• Bi-weekly review of target tender boards for possible bidding opportunities.
• Responsible for collecting all required tender documents, and submitting competitive bids on behalf of the company
• Responsible for product planning, testing and quality assurance in collaboration with the software development team
• Generate quotes and invoices for offline orders where needed
• Process orders by liaising with the vendor, customer and logistics provider to ensure order fulfilment
• Responsible for executing awarded tenders by negotiating with suppliers/manufacturers and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Responsible for International and local cooperate communications.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or any related
• 2 - 5 years work experience
• Ability to manage people
• Experience in handling bids and tendering
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and
• Excellent presentation skills
• Commercial and business awareness
• Sales and customer relationship skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
