We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, client or other external partners.
• Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings and making appointments.
• Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
• Making travel and accommodations arrangements, when needed.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for the CEO.
• Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to email

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc
• 1-3 years experience as an executive assistant
• Proven experience working for a start-up
• Passion or experience in the education sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational/record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail.
