Job Description

• We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer all social media accounts associated with our company (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn).
• As the Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express goals and objectives creatively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like content manager, content contributors and graphic designer to ensure brand consistency
• Ability to use the Canva design software to create stunning designs
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover and profile pictures)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year experience.
• Proficient in Canva
• Experience in digital marketing/social media marketing
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• Excellent internet research skills
• Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Snap and Tiktok.
• Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
• Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
• Creating and managing multiple social media accounts
• Developing content to inform
• Educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals
• Working knowledge of the major content management systems
• Social media analytics
• Experienced in running targeted ads on social media sites
