Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Bottled Water)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Field Sales Representative, you will look after your own geographical sales territory, building relationships with local retailers, and making sure that our products are a core part of their success
• You'll take responsibility for managing volume, distribution, fixture visibility, and promotional execution activity.
• You'll be working independently for most of the time, so you'll need to be self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
• We’ll provide necessary sales tools and support you'll need. You will bring the sales skills, enthusiasm and in-depth local knowledge.

Accountabilities

• Full ownership of Journey Planning Territory
• Balance Period Priorities & Full Year Objectives across full territory - including Volume, Distribution, Fixture Visibility, Promotional Execution & Secondary Displays
• Daily collection of stocks from Warehouse, with full responsibility for Purchase & Sales Financial Tracking
• Build relationships at the store level to deliver the business strategic agendas of the Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / BSc in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of Field Sales Experience with Bottled Water products mandatory
• Knowledge of the FMCG market required.

Compensation Package

• Salary: N50,000 / Month
• Transport Allowance
• Airtime allowance.
