Job Title: Manager, Real Sector

Job Summary

• As a manager with focus on the Real Sector, you will be responsible for managing client projects, working with a team to plan and deliver the client’s requirements and our recommendations, identifying and putting in place the right resources needed to deliver the project within specs, on time and within budget.
• You will also be involved in managing client relationship and building a pipeline of business opportunities and clients for the firm.
• You will work with clients and team members to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions to help clients achieve their short- and long-term business objectives.
• Additionally, as a manager, you will be required to build thought leadership, demonstrating good insight and a deep understanding of an industry function, process or the trends influencing the direction of the industry as well as leading edge solutions and applications that can be deployed to deliver significant improvements in the identified industries, sectors and the overall economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services to our clients in the real sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on business issues related to the real sector, such as market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements and their attendant impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement solutions for clients to help them achieve their business objectives, such as improving operational efficiency, increasing profitability, or expanding their market share.
• Originate and manage projects end to end, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Conduct research and analysis to support consulting engagements and develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to stay knowledgeable and current on the latest best practices and innovations in the real sector.
• Participate in business development activities, such as developing proposals, attending industry events, and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree would be a plus.
• 7 - 10 years’ experience in consulting or a related field, with focus on the real sector.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid, trustworthy relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of the real sector, including market trends, regulatory environment, and key players.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
