We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer - Domestic & International Trade (Construction Industry)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Creation of Purchase order for confirmation of order and sharing with Supplier for delivery.
• Preparation of Estimated cost of goods for shipping products either via Airfreight or Sea freight for Customer Service to prepare a quote to Customer.
• Preparation of Landed cost of goods for Finance after calculating all the cost incurred to ship the product from the Supplier’s Warehouse to Customer’s Warehouse.
• Evaluation of Supplier Performance on a quarterly basis.
• Processing delivery of products to Customers and determining the type of truck to be used to deliver product based on the quantity of goods and distance.
• Tracking of Shipment to monitor the Estimated time of arrival at the Port.
• Relating with Production team for placement of order based on Forecast.
• Creation of Letter of Credits on the International trade platform and sending to Supplier for confirmation.
• Relating with Clearing agents and Nigeria Customs to process the Clearing of products after arrival at the port.
• Preparation of Form M to register the products to be shipped in the Nigeria Customs portal.
• Confirmation of Bill of lading and other shipping documents sent by the Supplier before dispatching.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in International Trade Organization or related field.
• Professional Certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum work experience is 5 years.
• The ideal candidate should be between 30 -3 5 years and must be knowledgeable about construction materials.
• Candidate must have proven work experience in a construction company.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (Gross)
