Lendsqr is making sure that Nigerians assess loans at the time of their need by helping lenders reach these borrowers at scale. Our LaaS (lending-as-Service) provides lenders with cloud technology, data, and native integrations that help lenders lend securely, cost effectively, sustainably and ethically. We also provide the expertise required for navigating the required technology and uniquely designed solutions suited to lenders’ needs.

Job Description

• We are looking for a tech-savvy and intuitive candidate to take on the role of Digital Marketing Lead.
• This is an exciting role responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts through digital channels

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years experience in a digital marketing role, with demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Experience in go-to-market execution across digital and traditional b2b channels
• Knowledge of fintech and technical products
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
