Job Description

• The company is seeking an experienced Factory Admin Officer, based in Abeokuta, Nigeria to join the company in this exciting phase of its growth to build the first of its kind fruit processing company in Nigeria.

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a Factory Admin Officer who will be responsible for the daily administration of factory operations and general company administration.
• This role is an important part of the smooth operation of the factory. Duties include a mix of activities from placing orders, maintaining certain stock levels, receiving goods in deliveries and maintaining various systems relating to the manufacturing process and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Receive both indirect and direct material orders, book in and process the paperwork
• Log hours booked by both direct and indirect personnel. Maintain holiday and sickness diary
• Take incoming telephone calls and forward to relevant personnel
• Receive and take care of visitors
• Be responsible for the management of stationary and vending supplies
• Supply monthly reports to the Production Manager, including Work in Progress statistics
• Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the factory.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• 3 - 5 years experience as an Admin Officer or similar role
• Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, creativity and attention to details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Excellent Google suit & Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
