Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hour: Mondays to Saturdays (9am to 6pm). One day off every other week.

Job Summary

• Our client is recruiting an experienced Sales Associate that will be responsible for attending to customers while also implementing other business development strategies to improve sales.
• An ideal candidate should have prior experience in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Increasing in-store sales.
• Greeting customers and improving engagement with the merchandise.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Responding to questions
• Managing cash registers, handling financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Accomplishing established goals.
• Leading customers to merchandise within the store.
• Outstanding product knowledge.
• Upholding an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements

• An Associate Degree or High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Retail sales experience.
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to write in English clearly.
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of using social media for sales.
• Ideal candidate should reside on the Island.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
