We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Description
As a Scrum Master, your job description would typically include the following responsibilities:

• Facilitating Scrum Events
• You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. You will ensure that these events are effective and that the team is adhering to Scrum principles.
• Coaching the Team: As a Scrum Master, you will coach the team on Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will help the team understand their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance on how to implement best practices.
• Removing Obstacles: You will be responsible for identifying and removing obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. You will work with the team to identify these obstacles and help them find ways to overcome them.
• Encouraging Collaboration: As a Scrum Master, you will encourage collaboration among team members and stakeholders. You will work to build a culture of transparency and trust and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
• Monitoring Progress: You will be responsible for monitoring the team's progress and ensuring that they are meeting their Sprint goals. You will work with the team to identify areas for improvement and help them make adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitating Communication: You will facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders. You will ensure that everyone is aware of the team's progress and any issues that arise.
• Ensuring Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality work. You will work with the team to establish quality standards and ensure that they are being met.
• Supporting the Product Owner: You will support the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and ensuring that it is prioritized effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: You will work with the team to identify areas for improvement and facilitate continuous improvement. You will help the team implement changes and adjust their processes as necessary.
• Projects: The scrum master will be responsible for multiple projects and programs 
• Ability to work in a fact paced environment. 
• Overall, as a Scrum Master, your primary goal will be to help the team work efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality work and meeting their Sprint goals.
• You will be a key player in facilitating communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
