Palm Spring Preparatory School is a reputable institution and an offshoot of Titsall Global School established on 12th September 1998 in FCT Abuja under the management of Titsall Nigeria Limited. We are currently located at 185 Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent Wuse Two Abuja. Our schools environment is serene and very convenient for learning.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Upper Primary Class Teacher

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Understanding the curriculum and developing schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods that will help students cover the required content.
• Preparing and delivering lessons that are stimulating and clear.
• Educating students on classroom safety and ensuring no student is left unsupervised.
• Setting up tests, assignments, and experiments, and grading students fairly.
• Ensuring appropriate resources and consultation times are available to students.
• Attending staff and parent meetings, conferences, workshops, and other continuing education programs.
• Handling various administration functions, which include updating student records, keeping track of classroom resources and equipment.
• Ensuring a safe, healthy classroom environment where learning can take place.

Education/Experience:

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed., PGDE ( A Science Degree is an added advantage)
• A minimum of four to eight years of relevant teaching experience.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills.

Remuneration
A monthly salary range of N70,000 - N90,000
