Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Specifications
Accountable for monitoring the company’s overall business (revenue) operations and client transactions.
Coordinates with clients for their requirements and specifications and develop team to handle the project management operations.
Responsible to internal and external customers to deliver on the Go-To-Market strategy and plans put in place.
Leads cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals.
Develop a comprehensive Business & Markets plan to deliver on the extraction of value proposition and consequentially the revenue goals of the firm.
Manage the Business & Markets function of the company.
Lead the implementation/execution of the company's marketing and communication strategy and/or projects.
Lead the development and conceptualization of all the company's brand management, marketing campaigns and interventions.
Ensure the effective management of the company's reputation and rank by overseeing various public relation initiatives including press releases deployment, advertising, and the production of marketing materials and publications etc.
Provide back-office and front-office enabling support for the five (5) strategic business units of the firm and work to ensure a seamless co-ordination of services across all sectors under a one-service revenue model.
Execute plans as guided by the Board of Directors to whom you will report to through the Board sub-committees.
Engage in business and product development initiatives to foster the creation of new products and services for the business.
Engage in regular market and competitor research.
Drive Revenue through the execution of all marketing strategies.
Manage the company's marketing and communications budget and ensure value for money on all campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and implement communications initiatives and plans to ensure that all corporate messages are well received in a timely and engaging manner Develop and implement internal and external communication plans for all company-wide projects and initiatives
Develop and implement the company's external communication strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with client, customer engagements and brand positioning objectives.
Representing the business at various conferences and forums Introducing New Service Lines
Oversee all online and offline engagement with all company stakeholders Ensure the company enjoys appropriate representation and share of voice in the media (traditional and new media) space.
Champion all Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives on behalf of the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Professional qualification (nice to have).
Minimum of Master’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing & communications managerial position with a proven record of success.
Substantial managerial experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
