Job Description

• The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing the relationships between the organization and its investors.
• They play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's reputation among the investment community by ensuring timely and accurate communication of financial information and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the investment community.
• Communicate the organization's financial performance, business strategy, and industry trends to investors and analysts through
• conference calls, webcasts, and other channels.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial reports to the investment community.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
• Monitor analyst reports and market trends to identify issues and opportunities, and communicate these to senior management.
• Plan and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and other investor events.
• Manage the organization's shareholder register, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner as the primary contact.
• Develop and maintain an investor relations website that provides investors with timely and accurate information about the organization.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations or related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial markets.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations for public companies.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse financial data and market trends.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
