Operations / Facilities Coordinator at S-TEE Cambridge College

S-TEE Cambridge College - This is the Cambridge Arm of the Mainstream school (S-TEE Schools). Our students are tutored on the British Curriculum and Nigerian Curriculum in preparation for their Cambridge Examinations. We are located in Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State. We work with highly trained educators, who most times are British Council certified.

The British Council certification and experience in tutoring Cambridge students is always a plus for any candidate looking for teaching job employment with our institution. Ability to work under pressure and submit records as at when due is also a very high requirement to joining the Academics Department of school.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Facilities Coordinator

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure proper operations of the office space, maintenance issues and coordinating repair with appropriate vendors.
• Assist with obtaining contractor quotes for repair.
• Prepare for emergencies by assisting with maintaining emergency preparedness plans (ex. Emergency and Evacuation Action Plan).
• Assist with physical space assessments through routine walk-throughs.
• Assist with furniture orders and repairs.
• Submit supply orders to keep supply rooms stocked.
• Provide general support services, maintain and update distribution lists.
• Seek approval and assist with supply and furniture inventory tasks.
• Update and send out information as requested.
• Assist with large meetings and events which could mean reconfiguring meeting space, escorting visitors, setting up signage, etc.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new staff (issuing building fobs, cubicle/office name plates, building tours, etc.).
• Assist with collecting information for monthly, quarterly, annual and reports.
• Supports other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
