Job Title: Female Marketer and Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns: A spa marketer creates marketing campaigns to promote the spa's services to potential clients. They may use various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, print ads, and website ads to reach the target audience.
• Analyzing market trends: A spa marketer analyzes market trends to identify opportunities to promote the spa and its services. They keep track of the latest trends in the spa industry and use this information to make informed decisions about marketing strategies.
• Identifying target audience: A spa marketer identifies the target audience for the spa's services and develops marketing campaigns that resonate with them. They may conduct market research to understand the preferences, behaviors, and needs of the target audience.
• Managing social media: A spa marketer manages the spa's social media accounts, creates content, and engages with followers to promote the spa's services. They may also use social media to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the spa's website.
• Collaborating with other departments: A spa marketer collaborates with other departments such as the sales and customer service teams to ensure that the spa's marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.
• Monitoring marketing performance: A spa marketer monitors the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusts strategies as necessary to improve results. They may use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of different marketing channels and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Developing a social media content calendar: This involves planning and scheduling posts across various social media platforms to ensure a consistent brand message and timely promotion of events, promotions, and new services.
• Creating engaging content: Your job is to create visually appealing and compelling content that resonates with your target audience. This could include photos, videos, and graphics that showcase the spa's services and facilities.
• Overall, a social media manager for a spa plays a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and attracting new customers to the spa.
• Monitoring social media platforms: You will need to monitor social media channels to ensure that customer inquiries and feedback are responded to promptly and professionally. This also involves tracking social media metrics to measure the success of your social media campaigns.
• Collaborating with influencers: Influencer marketing can be an effective way to reach new audiences and generate buzz around your spa. As a social media manager, you may be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote your spa.
• Keeping up with industry trends: The spa industry is constantly evolving, and it's important to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques. As a social media manager, you may need to attend industry conferences, read trade publications, and network with other spa professionals to stay informed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Remuneration
N40,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
